Excellent for broth making or braising in recipes like Osso Bucco, also known as Braised Beef Shanks, where a low, slow braise creates tender, rich meat.

See Marrow Bone for classic larger bone, without meat.  For a richer broth, combine with gelatin producing bones like Beef Knuckle & Beef Neck along with a cut of beef such as Beef Stew Meat or a Beef Arm Roast.  The more variety in your stock pot, the more delicious and nutritious your stock.
