Our Salad this week will be mostly Red Leaf and Green Leaf lettuces along with some early spring greens like spinach, French sorrel, baby kale and even a stray leaf of arugula. All fabulous!
These are not baby greens. Our leaves are mature so they are full of flavor and will hold well in your refrigerator.
We’ve been growing salad greens for over 20 years. We harvest every leaf by hand, wash and bag them gently so they arrive on your doorstep in perfect condition. No one brings you greens like Broad Branch Farm.
