Our November 30 Vegetable Box will likely include Leaf Lettuce (1/2 lb.), Greens Bunch, Hakurei Turnips, Daikon Radish, Butternut Squash (small size) and Red Potatoes.
The Butternut and Potatoes are from our farming friends at Coneflower Farm near Tiskilwa, IL. Every fall, we collaborate with the Zehr family to share their harvest. This is a non-certified organic farm using clean growing practices.
